Originally linked to winemaking, Le Chai has been fully converted into a comfortable cottage, with a terrace overlooking the vineyards.

Its authentic charm, with exposed stone walls, blends with modern comforts, including underfloor heating, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and welcoming.

THE FACILITIES

All the new facilities at 2023 have been chosen to provide you with all the comfort you need.

The flat has :

  • 1 bedroom (10m²) with 1 double bed (160cm)
  • 1 bedroom of 10 m² with 2 bunk beds, lower bed 140 and upper bed 90, overlooking the vineyards
  • A 30 m² living room with a two-seater sofa, a single sofa bed, a standing dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and small appliances).
  • A 4.3m² shower room with vanity unit and large Italian shower, plus a separate 1.9m² WC
  • A private 23 m² terrace overlooking the vineyards, equipped with a garden table for six, outdoor seating, a parasol, deck chairs, and a gas grill, with direct access to the park.
  • The wine storehouse is on one level. The doors are wheelchair accessible, except for the door leading to the terrace. However, the terrace is accessible by walking around the cellar on the lawn. There is a threshold at the level of the bay window.
